The setting: a bright and friendly room opening onto two terraces for lunch and dinner on sunny days. The Chef offers authentic traditional cuisine prepared according to the rules set out by the master restaurateur, using fresh, seasonal produce, and of course some delicious local specialities: poached eggs in wine, Epoisses in all its forms, winemaker's fondue, Beaune burger ... accompanied by a fabulous wine list consisting mainly of wines from the region.
